Joanne was very nice and put me at ease. I was running late but she was extremely nice about it and didn't mind. The salon is very clean. The waxing itself was painless, the only thing is some of my skin was very red and irritated afterwards but it could just be sensitive skin as there was no pain at all during the waxing itself.

joanne is so friendly and welcoming... asks what your having done and in terms of tinting asking how dark etc you want to go... always pays attention to detail, doesn't rush the job makes sure your happy and shes happy before leaving the salon
