Joanne is so friendly and totally puts you at ease. Waxes aren't the most relaxing thing you can do but Joanne is quick and efficient at when she does and it's done before u know it!

Joanne was very nice and put me at ease. I was running late but she was extremely nice about it and didn't mind. The salon is very clean. The waxing itself was painless, the only thing is some of my skin was very red and irritated afterwards but it could just be sensitive skin as there was no pain at all during the waxing itself.
