I have always struggled when going to the hairdresser and never left with my hair as I wanted it. Joanne has changed that! Joanne is great - really friendly and approachable. Listens to what you want and makes great recommendations. I went for a completely different shade highlights/colour and she did a great job, it's turned out really well.
