Joanne is so professional, we spoke at great lengths about what I wanted and the best way to get my hair to the colour I wanted. She knew I was uneasy with a new hair stylist and she completely put me at ease. She advised before and after care to help keep my colour fresh as well as my hair healthy. When I leave the salon I feel like a new women filled with a restored sense of female empowerment. I recommend anyone coming to her even if it’s for a consultation.
