It was actually Magda who cut my hair, but both her and Joanne were lovely, welcoming and made me instantly feel relaxed about going to a new hairdressers. Lovely little salon, wonderfully scented products, good coffee, my hair done just as I wanted, complete with a very nice blow dry. I will definitely be back.

Great hair wash with lovely smelling products. Relaxing atmosphere. Blow dry that so far has really held. Sry impressed. Will definitely return xx.

I have been a happy client here for a couple of years. However, this was my first time with Joanne. She is nothing confident with curly hair and the kind of hairdresser that can only suggest you to brush it or a keratin treatment. As a result, she only managed the length, not knowing what to do with the volume. In addition, she was clearly in a rush to complete my appointment in half an hour, while the slot was for one hour. The place was clearly overbooked and she was the only one cutting.

The lady who did my hair (not Joanne as it says) cut it 10 cms shorter than what we had agreed on! I didn't realise until it was too late because I thought she was doing the layers I had asked for. The style she did my hair is nice but not at all what I asked. I'm not happy with the end result but at least it's only hair and it'll grow back. I want to give a lower rating but feel it would be unfair on the salon as this is the first time I've had a bad experience there.
