My daughter was very unhappy with her experience. The place was difficult to find, and the service itself was disappointing. During the hair wash, water was sprayed onto her face repeatedly, and the rough dry was done very poorly. She came back with her hair still wet, messy, and looking unfinished. What upset me most was how it made her feel, in her own words, “I never felt so ugly.”
