The lady who did my hair (not Joanne as it says) cut it 10 cms shorter than what we had agreed on! I didn't realise until it was too late because I thought she was doing the layers I had asked for. The style she did my hair is nice but not at all what I asked. I'm not happy with the end result but at least it's only hair and it'll grow back. I want to give a lower rating but feel it would be unfair on the salon as this is the first time I've had a bad experience there.

Such a warm welcome from jo, always! After a thorough consultation and her expert guidance, I left with a beautiful balayage and cut. Really happy with end result. Will be back for sure!
