Really nice atmosphere and nice girls.
Unfortunately I was not happy at all with my haircut. I didn’t complain straight away, hoping that if I went home and washed it it might look alright, but this unfortunately did not happen.
However, I was impressed that when I went in the next day to complain the head hairdresser sat me down and sorted it out for me as best as she could.

I quite like the cut and the hairdresser did her best to meet my expectations. She was also very friendly. The only thing I didn't enjoy very much was the fact my hair wasn't a 100% dry when I left the place.

This is now my second visit to the hair and beauty bar and it really is a hidden gem in Finchley! Joanne and her team are lovely and welcoming..cups of tea are served with choccie biscuits and more importantly I’ve left both times with a great cut and colour with exactly what Ive requested!
I’ve been to a lot of different hairdressers in my time round London and I’m so happy to have found this great salon down the road from me. Thanks again!!!
