Visited the Hair and Beauty bar looking to get quite a bit of hair chopped off - nervous doesn’t even cover it, but Laura made me feel right at home. Lovely conversation, complimentary coffee and a curly wurly! I love my new hair, thank you for a great first hair cut in London. Will definitely visit again!

It was the first time in history that a hair professional really listened to me and respected what I wanted. She managed to clean all the broken ends without sacrificing much length. She was showing, explaining and asking before cutting anything. She also suggested layers that would boost my curls and she was absolutely right. Highly recommended!
