It looked awful afterwards - half wavy/half straight and incredibly bushy and frizzy, but with so much product that it was also crispy. My hair is not difficult to style. it just needs to be diffused and I made that clear. I am not sure about the cut until after I wash it, but I had to put my hair up as soon as I left which was disappointing. All the staff were lovely and my hairdresser was too... I think just not for curly hair.

The salon looked a bit dirtier than expected from the photos. Anthony was lovely and did an AWESOME job. The shampoos weren't the best for my scalp, it felt itchy towards the end of the day. For reference: I have curly/wavy hair with quite a lot of volume and got a great haircut there.

This was a 5 star hair cut with 5 star customer service. All the staff were warm and accommodating. They even gave me a slice of cake as it was my birthday!
I am very impressed with the cut which was styled perfectly and lasted all evening.
I'll definitely be going back!
