I’ve been going to Joe for years! I cannot do without my Brazilian blow dry. Ive had this done elsewhere before but it’s never to Joe Franciosa’s standards. It’s always perfect and manageable. The new environment is so convenient to get to which is an added bonus. I’ll be there again so see you soon Joe!
