I was genuinely blown away by the treatment Joe gave my hair yesterday. I didn't think my hair could look and feel this healthy. I had ruined my hair with perms and dyes and she talked me down from recklessly wanting to cut it all off. lol. She is very knowledgable and reassuring. I really appreciated her welcoming and friendly nature.
