Joe makes you feel immediately comfortable and excited! Her knowledge and experience is valuable and she clearly is an expert in her field. I chose something slightly different to what I would usually have on Joe’s advice and I was so pleased that I did! She filled me with absolute confidence and I am over the moon with my new colour and cut. I will definitely be back.
