I have been to Joe Jones twice now, both times I have felt so comfortable which is a big one for me. Joe explains all options so well but has left the final decision to me I have never felt pressured or not listened to. I have been absolutely in love with my hair both times and I couldn’t speak higher of the salon and the staff.

Really lovely atmosphere. Everyone is really friendly. Salon is lovely and clean. Joe is a star. Best haircut I've had in a long time 😍
