I’ve tried to book this place three times, each time they cancelled last minute due to staff sickness. They are yet to refund me the cost of the treatment that they cancelled. Very disappointed and I hope to be refunded soon

Lovely experience today. My first visit for a cut and blow dry with Riccardo. Very relaxing. Super professional. Will definitely be back for highlights!

Haircut was alright, however, a bit shorter than I asked (not critical for me though). Weirdly no heat protection has been used for blow dry.
