I came for an appointment and a person who greeted me was like “yeah, you booked with Mimosa, but she is not here”. When i asked if she’s coming, they told me its her day off, and I can come back tomorrow or any other day. I BOOKED IT FOR SPECIFIC DAY AND SPECIFIC SERVICE - why the hell this was confirmed??? Girl offered me to do trim instead because she is not qualified for anything else, and she cab not refund me.
