Overall, the experience felt sub-par. Each issue on its own might have been manageable, but together they added up to a disappointing visit. The balayage was fine but not much different from highlights I’ve had before, appointment ran over by more than an hour, haircut felt lazy (straight snip rather than a proper style), water was spilled down my shirt, colour stained my collar, and staff disagreements created an unprofessional atmosphere, lack of toner charge upfront

I had keratin blow dry treatment done by Vjollca, such a lovely and gentle lady. Really happy with her work. I’m very happy with the treatment. Would definitely recommend.
