I had a wonderful experience at Joelle Shades (Woodberry). Richi and Fredie took excellent care of me from the minute I walked into the salon. Richi did an amazing job on my hair (balayage, cut and blow dry), and I’ve already received compliments. They went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant time (even curled my hair!) and I highly recommend them to all. :)
