Happy with the colouring and cut although wish I’d gone a bit more blonde actually! Staff were friendly but spoke amongst themselves in Italian quite a bit. Offered tea coffee non stop which was nice. Would go back again.

The team was friendly and I love my new haircut (I asked for a trim and my stylist respected that I didn't want too much cut off). The location is easily accessible.
The decor could be more professional. But mostly the communication with the stylist was challenging at times. She didn't always understand me. I'm also not super happy with my colour and would not go back for a balayage (although the price was really good).
Overall it was still positive but would go back just for cut and blowdry.
