Very happy
They said it would take 1hr40 when I booked for a balayage and blow dry. I was there for 3hr15. I understand things can take longer, but that is an unrealistic underestimate (I only have medium length hair). From the beginning I was told I’d need a toner, which was an extra £20 straightaway. Surely this is always part of balayage. They have the same songs playing on loop. Staff were talking Italian over you, which is not polite, and sitting on Facebook on the computer (visible to customers). I asked for a bouncy blow dry, even though I was way over time, I wanted to at least walk out with the desired end result. They had no rollers and not enough clips to curl my hair. I reminded them I was in a rush, so 2 people were blow drying at the same time. In the end, I had to tell them to just stop because I had to leave. They then had no texturising spray and just hair spray. The colour is fine but the rest of the experience was just not worth it.
Always good as usual
Amazing place where they really listen to what you want and take amazing care of your hair ☺️ Wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you need colour/highlights go to Riccardo, he is really talented!
The balayage and blow dry was overall quite good. I booked and paid £55 for this, which is really good. However, they charged me extra when I got there. They said they have to charge more as they had to use toner because I wanted a lighter balayage. You would think any hairdresser would use toner anyways? I believe they were trying to take advantage of me, I am quite young, and tried to milk money out of me and I don’t think it’s fair. I would recommend some place else, don’t bother.
