Balayage treatment was done wrong and opposite to what I asked for, most hairdressers struggle with English. It was then re-done straight after, which damaged my hair a lot. They also charged me an extra £25 for a toner (this happens every time: extra charge for washing my hair, for blowdrying it...) which was not specified when I booked the treatment via Treatwell. It was meant to be a 1h 40min appointment and I was there for 4 hours. Will not be coming back and will not recommend it.
