All I wanted was a straight cut. I noticed the next day that the lady’s thinning technique (she did comment on how much hair I had) left my hair all spiky in the back like a child who decided to cut their own hair. I thought I would have a go with a new hairdresser but I regret it. I always say “hair grows” and I’m pretty laid back with my hair compared to other people, but must admit I’m pretty upset this time around.

I normally find going to the hairdressers uncomfortable but as soon as I walked in, the staff were really friendly and accommodating which put me at ease. I was unsure exactly what I wanted but Evelyn helped me choose and she's done an amazing job, I love it! She spent a lot of time on my hair, really wanting to make it as perfect as possible, and I'm very grateful. Her colleague was lovely and chatty too. It was a very positive experience!
