I booked through Treatwell a couple of services, for a total value of £40 because I was enjoying the discounts you get on this page. Because I chose the option to pay in venue, I was charged £60 instead because that’s what they had in their system. After 2 days of arguing with them, the business owner didn’t even admit they had made a mistake, let alone make a refund. She argues that because the service was good that’s the amount I have to pay or that they told me before doing the service, which is a lie. Business owners need to keep professionalism, customer service and transparency in mind at all times. Customers come first!'
I feel they don’t know how to speak English well enough, which can be a problem. Shame!
