I can’t believe it has taken me this long to leave a review however all I can say is I am so glad I chose Joelle shades and the fabulous Samuel to do my hair! The service I received was just nothing short of amazing- I was made to feel like an absolute princess, Samuel really went out of his way in understanding what I wanted and ensuring he tried his best to achieve it -I left the salon after several hours and that’s not a reflection of competency but of passion and dedication -as soon as I got on the tube, I got paid a compliment on how lovely my hair was from a stranger, if that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what does! I’ve booked my second visit for a touch up this week and thoroughly looking forward to it! Thankyou so so much Samuel! X

After reading the great reviews on Treatwell, I booked myself a balayage, haircut and blowdry at Joelle Shades. I am honestly amazed by the result! Had it done on Friday, it’s currently Sunday and I’ve lost count on how many people (friends and family but also strangers!) commented on how nice my hair looked! The team was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They made sure I was happy with the colour and haircut before proceeding. I can’t recommend them enough, if was my first visit but definitely not the last!
