I went back after a long time and showed what I wanted despite I had colour in my hair before I showed multiple photos of what I want and said I want to stay dark and not to dark. The lady who started doing my hair first was so confused and consulted Marsala, Richardo and they used 5 bowls of different brown colour on my hair. My hair is so so dark and I can’t even see the balayage at all. Just looks jet black. The lady who washed my hair pulled my hair and crawled her nails into my scalp

I had a fantastic experience getting a blowdry by Mimoza. She gave the most relaxing and attentive hair wash as well as offering tips as to how to keep my current coloured hair vibrant.
The blow dry itself was exactly what I asked for, with luscious and shiny curls that not only lasted just that night but the following few days too!
Overall a really pleasant, friendly and professional experience and would definitely be returning soon.
