I had a mixed experience here.
I booked the last slot of the day, and when I arrived, it was just me at the hairdresser. He kind of just looked at me as I entered, without greeting me or indicating where I should sit, even when I mentioned my name and appointment. It made me feel a little uncomfortable.
My haircut is nice. He played relaxing music the whole time and he was friendly. But he brushed my hair really roughly and painfully, and caused breakage. My resulting haircut is nice though.

Didn’t have Ev - had a different stylist when I arrived. Experience was good and I am pleased with my colour/cut. However, like other people, I was asked to pay extra to have the colour that I wanted (blonde). Included in the £60 balayage deal are only subtle ‘shades’ apparently.

I had the best experience that I could have ever imagined. Giacomo and Elis were absolutely lovely, making sure that I was happy and treated well. They explained to me the technique and I couldn’t be happier with the results. All my colleagues and friends complimented me and they are probably going to start coming as well. I definitely recommend it to someone who wants the best natural hair colour effect and likes a warm, friendly and professional place.

It took almost 5 hours but the stylists really took their time to make sure my hair looked perfect! Amazing, would 100% recommend
