I was disappointed not have been seen by a senior stylist when that was what I had booked in for. If the senior stylist was too busy I would rather have come back another day.

Love the way my hair turned out, really subtle and exactly the color blonde coloring I wanted. Just a warning for people, I’m not mad about it but I payed £62 on the app for balayage and haircut, when I got there and showed the stylist the balayage I wanted I had to pay an extra £38.
