The haircut was good, but I gave 3 stars for 2 reasons:
It wasn't clear when I booked that the price was for a haircut only and I had to pay £20 extra for the blowdry. It's standard everywhere that a haircut price includes a blowdry so I find this very deceiving,
I arrived on time but there was no one there to do my hair and I had to wait 30 minutes before I was looked after. There were other people working there who could have started to wash my hair to get things moving quicker but they didn't

I asked for balayage and was expecting to pay £62 with a cut. Got there and he said it was going to be £90 instead. I showed a clear photo of balayage and asked for balayage but I got something like a full head of highlights. Even when I stopped him and the start to say it wasn’t what i wanted he still carried on in the same way. I then complained at the end to say it wasn’t what I wanted and he just said that I was wrong and didn’t offer anything to compensate
