Arrived on time for my appointment but They only started to deal with me 45 minutes in. Treatment started an hour into the appointment as there was a consultation which colour and they needed to mix the colour.
Hair colour is alright, not the colour I wanted but was too late to get it changed.
They seemed to know what they were doing but would have been nice to be seen at the start of the time of appointment. It would have been most ideal if they rang me to give me the heads up the delay
