So someone else commented that when they got there and then they were trying to up sell toner off the back of it. As I had prepaid and only had my apple wallet I skipped this "necessary" bit of the treatment as wasn't included so I had to buy some and do it at home. I feel awful for saying this as my hair dresser was lovely but he did hack off about 4or 5 inches on one side unprompted... he apologised and we agreed it would grow out... the other side was fine...
