Riccardo did my balayage who was amazing and he even stayed till 9:30 to finish it, one feedback I would say is the blonde women who was there (sorry not sure what her name is) was quite rude. She asked when I dyed my hair and I said around 4-6 months and my hair takes long to grow hence why there was red on my roots but she was so defensive and rude. I am there for a service which I am paying for so a customer shouldn’t be made to feel like that.
