Had to wait 1.5 hours even if I had an appointment (and arrived 10 mins in advance), no one apologised to me which is a little disappointing. Hair stylist gave me good advice and was really friendly. Price with Treatwell was reasonable so I would recommend this place just make sure you ask when you arrive how long you will have to wait :)

I showed a few pictures and said I totally understood that my hair colour may not turn out the same way as the picture, however I did stress that I didn’t want blonde, and wanted more auburn/copper. I got orangey blonde and no copper at all. I feel like they just did a bog standard balayage rather than listen to what I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this place and back to looking for a hair stylist I can go to regularly.
