I've lived in London for 5 years and tried quite a few different hairdressers - this has been by far the best experience. What lovely, talented staff they have. My hair was transformed, I received an amazing head massage, biscuits, coffee and a true Italian experience. I will definitely be returning!

I had a balayage, hair cut and blow dry done by these guys and they are incredible. From the minute I was in there I felt at home and happy and that I could trust them. Allessandra did my hair colour and Sam did my hair cut and blow and they just both worked so well together to give me exactly what I asked for. They couldn’t have done any more and it’s suuuuuuuch good value for money. I cannot wait to go back and tell everyone about them. If your undecided, go on their Instagram and you can see their magic. They are fab. Oh, and the coffee is Italian perfection - what more can you want ??? ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. Having visited some of the best salons in NYC and London, I have had some great cuts by some of the world’s best stylists. I stopped in to Joelle Shades on a Thursday afternoon for a quick trim because I was long overdue, there was a GREAT deal through Treatwell, and it’s quite near my flat. What I got was so much more than a trim. I’m blown away!
Beyond that, the service is so lovely and welcoming.
Beyond 5 stars—would do 10 if I could! Highly recommend!
