I had an amazing experience colouring my hair with Joelle Shades, the staff made me feel really welcome, and the outcome was better than I could have ever hoped for! I have never had such soft, shiny and most importantly healthy hair after a colouring. All the shades that I wanted surpassed my expectations, the colour has blended incredibly well with my roots! Definitely would recommend and will be returning next time!
