I have struggled to find hairdressers that don't want to just chop off hair, but they were really great. Didn't cut off too much and really listened. I also appreciated letting me put on my glasses at points so I can what's happening. Only thing was that there was quite a long wait even with the appointment, but otherwise no complaints!
