Extremely unprofessional, do not recommend. I asked for a dark blonde, colour, but left with black hair, nothing like what I requested. The 1.5 hour appointment turned into over 5.5 hours as the stylist was also working on 2 other clients, leaving me waiting while my colour processed to become black. I also left with stain on my face. I contacted the salon multiple times to complain and but received no response. I have never been so disappointed after a hair appointment.
