Mimoza was great, she got my balayage super blonde as requested/ from reference pics. Offered advice when asked about style. She was also just super nice making sure I was comfortable.

Happy with the result of the cut and balayage but wasn’t expecting to have to pay an extra £30 for toner which should be included. This should be stipulated in the booking details.
