I booked balayage with Riccardo. After waiting half an hour I was told another lady would do my hair. I didn't feel comfortable with this, but Riccardo said he had no time for me. The manager apologised and offered a refund, but it hasn't been sent.

Riccardo was able to provide me with an amazing service! We had a very good chat and the haircut was as expected. A lot of people at work have complimented me for it! But the best part was to finally meet his beautiful bengal cats that were happily playing together in the saloon! I would go there just to pet them all the time! Recommended
