Pros: Playful and sociable cats running around. Staff is friendly. Good haircut. Cons: Ricardo did not work on my hair at all. Duration of treatment was 4.5hrs. Colour requested (brown)is not at all what I got (yellow blond) I will use box dye to fix

awkward visit today! not keen on cats, cat on chair, cat was removed but came back to the chair. Cat hair on chair, asked for another chair, this was ignored, luckily was wearing gym clothing and will go straight inyo the wash. 2nd and last visit!
