Haircut and blow dry was great by Marco. I wouldn’t recommend the hair treatment, the scalp “massage” was a bit rough and stylist wasn’t properly trained for it. The equipment was also a bit run down but good overall.

I had the patch test with Marco who was kind, polite and efficient and talked me through the process before I got my balayage done the following week.
Negatives - was at the salon for just over 2 hours for wash, trim and blowdry because of waiting despite having an appt, salon was quite hot inside and no update while waiting for the first 30 mins.
Positives - since I was waiting for over an hour until my cut, they offered a free conditioning treatment which was nice.
