Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Joelle Shades. My only complaint is that I waited about 20-30 minutes after the appointment start time for my stylist to arrive and the staff didn't really explain the situation to me or apologize for the delay. But, my stylist was friendly when she arrived and I'm happy with the haircut. Also, if you like cats, there were some cute kittens running around the salon which did make me smile.

I had an amazing experience at the nail salon this morning! Marsela and Vjollca were incredibly kind and sweet, providing excellent service. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I was accommodated in the most delightful way. I highly recommend this salon for a fantastic and friendly nail care experience!
