They did a really nice job of my haircut, and I had quite a lot taken off so they made sure I really wanted that before they started! However, wasn’t offered a drink even though I saw other patrons had one, and the hot water wasn’t working so had to have my hair washed in freezing water! They did apologise but it wasn’t that warm in the salon either so I was pretty chilly.

Always do a an excellent job. When it comes to hair colouring, such as Balayage or highlights, they are really the best salon.
