John urged Hanna to have her fringe trimmed even though she didn’t want to. He then used a razor and hacked away at each side.
This extra treatment that caused her real upset was charged at an extra £50 even though it lasted 5 mins and Hanna in tears.
I went back and demanded a refund. He was extremely rude but paid up.
Please don’t come here

I got my hair blow dried while on a visit to London, Fiona was so friendly and gave me some tips of things to do around the city which did not disappoint. I was so happy with my hair afterwards, I would definitely visit again if I’m ever back in that part of London!
