I booked an appointment for a blow dry for 6 15 on a Friday evening via Treatwell for a special occasion. When I arrived to the salon it was closed and I rang a number of times but no answer. I left a voice mail asking them to call me back so they could explain what happened but I haven’t heard from them. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

Absolute disaster. Called me to cancel 15 minutes prior to my appointment after I had already left work early and called a taxi to make it there. No respect for their customers' time. Said it was Treatwell's system. Sorry but no. Other salons can make it work, you want Treatwell's customers but not having to deal with their scheduling.If you do something, do it right.

couldn't reccomend this place anymore, absolute professionals. knew exactly what he was doing, restyled and cut like never before. alot of styling, maintenance and care tips included.
