Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Great to be able to book online. Jolene was very friendly and talked me through all my hairdressing needs. Fantastic job done on my hair and I left extremely satisfied with a great value haircut :-)

I really liked the haircut I received and it was I asked for. The price was very reasonable, although I was charged £20 and not the £18 indicated on my booking. There is no card machine, but you can pay by PayPal.
It was quite a casual business. My appointment was moved back 30 mins, but I booked it last minute so this was no issue. Drinks were poured down the sink moments before my hair was washed in it, and the hairdresser leaned over me to get products from the shelf on the other side of the sink. There was hair everywhere (in clips, brushes, etc). The toilet was out of order, and when another customer asked to use it, the staff member behind the desk said "I must get someone to take a look at it", suggesting this is not a recent occurrence.
A friendly, local salon but not for those who prefer the standards of higher end, professional salons.
