The treatment on the day ok but my eyebrows were very painful from day one untill my eyebrows completely fell out a few weeks later I broached this with the lady and said she would only give me a 25% refund and blamed my eyebrows not the treatment even tho I came across London to have patch test 24 hours before I'm very unhappy with not only the treatment but her attitude do not get triple laminated brows from this woman if you like your eyebrows to still be attached to your face
