I booked last minute for an evening treatment but Jolita was very understanding and welcoming. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable about the procedures that she carries out, which is very reassuring. She also has a lovely bedside manner and explains the steps she is about to perform before she does them, so that nothing takes you by surprise. She takes the time to assess your skin before she begins her treatment, and I left feeling incredibly refreshed (and ultra-hydrated!).
