The staff in this salon are friendly and welcoming and if the person you have your appointment with hasn't come into work on the day of your appointment due to illness, etc., they always ring to let you know in plenty of time so that you do not make a wasted journey which I have experienced in two previous establishments. During that phone call cancelling your appointment they will always reschedule a new one. Overall friendly, welcoming and efficient.
