I love having my hair done by Franca. She always listens to what you want, and really cuts hair beautifully. I have SO MUCH hair and it takes forever to colour (no matter where I go or what I have done!) and I'm never made to feel like I'm holding things up, being in the way, or keeping people late (even if I am). It is always a lovely experience coming here, the products smell incredible, and I leave with a haircut I'm always happy with.
