Overall a clean salon in a beautiful area. Cannot really comment on the ambience as I went in the middle of the day on a Thursday in January (I assume most salons would be empty at this time).
Nail varnish removal: she left my nails in acetone and then once she realised it wasn’t flaking off like normal (OPI is v strong) started scraping the nail varnish off my nails (honestly I could have peeled them off myself). My nails are now super bendy and weak.
Paint: I said my nail seemed to be ripped on my thumb which she didn’t do anything about it so now it’s catching on to everything and I feel like the centre of my nail is about to rip off. Plus two of my finger nails are already chipped. I left the salon with my fingers dripping (no idea how but there was oil UNDER my nails?!)
Just not great. I got a discount on this and spent £16 and I still feel like I was ripped off, can not imagine how I’d feel if I had spent the full amount. Will not come back.
