Overall experience OK and been here a few times and blow dry has always been excellent. Unfortunately this time the stylist kept answering the phone and did not style my hair as I would have liked. It is difficult to reproduce a style from a photo and I accept the blow dry will drop as my hair is quite fine but I wanted it on trend and felt the style I ended up with looked a bit too Ronald McDonald! Hey ho it sometimes happens and usually the blow dry is really fab and lasts days.
Ivan was incredible! He is so professional and I am absolutely thrilled with my highlights ! Highly recommend Joseph’s. My second visit and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
While the staff were lovely and the level of service excellent, my hair thickness wasn’t necessarily taken in to account in their advice
So happy with my balayage! Jennie worked magic - transformed my tired blonde into something simultaneously natural and unique. The shape is also beautiful and the treatment has left me with great shine. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years. Thank you both of you! I’ll be back!
