Small establishment so only 4 of us in the room, everyone wearing masks, so great reassurance in pandemic times. Josh was very welcoming and made me feel at ease.

Haircut 22/4/21: Exceptional attention to detail. Good assessment of my general expectations, easy going, appropriate suggestions, incredibly low pressure. Outcome: still trying to find fault (I always do), none so far.
Very happy customer.
Feel like Hilda Ogden showing a picture of Grace Kelly and saying: I want to look like that. Yet actually getting my request.
(Ps I have v hard to handle hair type, and am a worse customer, so not your run of the mill)
