The staff is very helpful and friendly; from the receptionist to the hairwash lady and the hairdresser/senior stylist. The stylist listened patiently to how I wanted my hair cut and worked beautifully towards achieving that, incorporating her own advice and experience. Another thing I really appreciated was that the stylist wasn't talking too much while doing the job as I prefer sitting in peace and not having to talk continuously throughout the process.
