Both the wash and blow dry were top notch professionally, and the welcome staff at reception were great.
Blow Dry
Overall outcome is great, but the staff is very disorganised. I had an appointment at 1pm didn't start until 1.30. Once colour was applied I was left alone which is fine, but they've struggled to find someone to wash it off after 30 mins as everyone was busy with other people. Seems like they take on more jobs than they can handle and they are rushing around between clients. As much as I like the outcome of my colouring and haircut I would not go back to this salon...

The staff is very helpful and friendly; from the receptionist to the hairwash lady and the hairdresser/senior stylist. The stylist listened patiently to how I wanted my hair cut and worked beautifully towards achieving that, incorporating her own advice and experience.
Another thing I really appreciated was that the stylist wasn't talking too much while doing the job as I prefer sitting in peace and not having to talk continuously throughout the process.
