Warmly welcomed by all the staff was a lovely start to my early appt. Joshua listened to what I was trying to achieve and explained throughly the options I had and stages it would take to grow my short hair long. Really attentive and in no way did he rush. I felt in safe and well- skilled hands.

I loved meeting Dana! Great conversation and a lovely experience; my only suggestion would be around the quality of the manicure as there is some nail varnish left under my nails.
