Joshua Altback was very personable but wasn't able to understand my requirements for the haircut. I had hoped that because I'm paying for a professional, I could expect better than service from a trainee (free haircut). Very very disappointed.

Good experience, very popular local salon, staff were friendly, nice to find somewhere that does dry cuts as I hate having my hair washed at the salon
